Consultant Otolaryngologist-ENT

  • Diagnose and treat various ENT conditions such as ear infections, hearing loss, sinusitis, throat disorders, and head and neck tumors.
  • Perform surgical procedures related to the head and neck area, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, cochlear implant surgeries, and more.
  • Utilize advanced surgical techniques and equipment to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments to manage ENT-related illnesses and conditions.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Administer allergy tests to diagnose and manage allergies affecting the ears, nose, and throat.
  • Develop and oversee allergy treatment plans, which may include immunotherapy.
  • Perform hearing evaluations and balance assessments to diagnose and treat conditions like vertigo, tinnitus, and hearing loss.
  • Recommend hearing aids or other assistive devices when necessary.
  • Use endoscopy to visualize the nasal passages, throat, and larynx for diagnostic purposes and minimally invasive treatments.
  • Conduct procedures like laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy.
  • Diagnose and treat head and neck cancers, which may involve surgery, radiation therapy, and collaboration with oncologists and radiologists.
  • Provide care for pediatric patients with ENT disorders, addressing issues like recurrent ear infections, speech development, and congenital abnormalities. 



REQUIREMENTS:


  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology,
  • Valid DOH License
