Job Summary:
The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic partnerships, expanding referral networks, strengthening relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies, and identifying opportunities to increase patient volumes and revenue. The role supports the organization's strategic objectives through market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, corporate clients, insurance providers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion initiatives.
- Promote healthcare services and programs to potential clients and referral sources.
- Manage and strengthen referral networks to increase patient referrals and service utilization.
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding provider network participation and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify healthcare trends and opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Monitor business performance, patient volumes, and revenue growth against established targets.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
- Represent the organization at healthcare events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Prepare periodic business development reports and present findings to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience in healthcare business development, healthcare marketing, or healthcare operations.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, insurance processes, and referral management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
