Facility Supervisor
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily facility operations within the healthcare/hospital environment.
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, and support services.
- Ensure all hospital facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
- Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospital regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility reports.
- Support emergency preparedness and response procedures.
- Supervise facility staff and ensure efficient task completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facility Supervisor in a healthcare or hospital sector.
- Knowledge of healthcare facility operations and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and facility management practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Administration, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital facility supervision.
