Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding personnel issues.

Qualifications:
