Assistant Manager – Business Development is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and assisting in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Support tendering and contract documentation processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments for project execution.
- Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits.
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare periodic business development reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE driving license is an advantage (if applicable).
