Assistant Manager – Business Development is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and assisting in achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Support tendering and contract documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for project execution.
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare periodic business development reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage (if applicable).
