The Healthcare Technician supports healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. This role does not require a professional healthcare license but requires strong communication skills, compassion, and the ability to follow medical instructions and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities and basic care needs
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment
- Support nurses and doctors during patient care procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
- Transport patients within the facility when needed
- Document patient information accurately
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
- Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications:
- RN, AN, without license with Proft with certificate
- Certification in healthcare assistance or caregiver training is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of healthcare and patient care practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Compassionate and professional attitude
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred.
