The Healthcare Technician supports healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. This role does not require a professional healthcare license but requires strong communication skills, compassion, and the ability to follow medical instructions and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily activities and basic care needs
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment
  • Support nurses and doctors during patient care procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
  • Transport patients within the facility when needed
  • Document patient information accurately
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
  • Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications:

  • RN, AN, without license with Proft with certificate  
  • Certification in healthcare assistance or caregiver training is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare and patient care practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
  • Compassionate and professional attitude

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred.
