The ABA Therapist is responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role focuses on improving communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA techniques under the supervision of a BCBA or Clinical Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis or equivalent and passing the proficiency test from one of the professional associations accredited in the specialty
- Active UAE Applied Behavioral Analyst License DHA MOH,DOH or DOH Eligibility – mandatory
