Key Responsibilities:
Perform beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, massage, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
Provide skin analysis and offer advice on skincare routines and products.
Ensure clients feel welcome, comfortable, and receive excellent service throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment according to health and safety standards.
Keep accurate client records, including treatment history and preferences.
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and techniques.
Promote and sell skincare products and packages when appropriate.
Manage appointment schedules and assist with front-desk tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Having Valid DOH Licence/eligibility
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
Proven experience as a beauty therapist or similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong knowledge of various beauty products and techniques.
