🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain and update the recruitment database
Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist in organizing career fairs and recruitment drives
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies
📌 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/platforms
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
