We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide direct patient care, ensure a safe and effective treatment environment, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in patient assessment, critical thinking, and nursing interventions, while demonstrating excellent communication and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practices.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and health history.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor patient progress and vital signs, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Provide wound care, assist with mobility, and manage pain control as required.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document patient information and nursing interventions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and recovery.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to all hospital, state, and national healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to the attending physician or healthcare team.

Patient Advocacy:

  • Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment and recovery.

Professional Development:

  • Stay current with nursing practices and healthcare trends through continuing education and professional development.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, patient care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.

Licensure & Certification:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Insert country or region].
